B-Hive Switzerland sucht eine erfahrene Gesamtprojektleiterin bzw. einen Gesamtprojektleiter Anlagenbau / Verfahrenstechnik in der Schweiz.

Sie leiten anspruchsvolle Projekte im Pharma-/Biotech-Sektor, koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams und steuern Budget, Zeitplan sowie Qualität. Sie bringen mindestens 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Anlagenbau- oder Verfahrenstechnik mit, arbeiten regulativen Anforderungen entsprechend und kommunizieren sicher mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss in einem technischen Feld (Fachhochschule oder höher).
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Gesamtprojektleitungserfahrung in Anlagenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik.
• Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen (Pharma, Biotech, Food, Chemie).

Aufgaben

• Leitung der End-to-End-Lieferung komplexer Anlagenbau- und Verfahrenstechnikprojekte.
• Verantwortung für Zeitplan, Kosten, Qualität und Sicherheit.
• Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams und externer Partner.
• Management von Stakeholdern auf Site-, Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Führungsebene.
• Risikomanagement, Ressourcenplanung und Eskalationsprozesse.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Normen.
• Berichtswesen zu KPI wie Budget, Meilensteinen und Änderungsmanagement.

Your project

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Gesamtprojektleiter Anlagenbau / Verfahrenstechnik to join a major project with one of our clients in the Pharma, Biotech, food or chemical sector.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex plant engineering and process technology projects, ensuring full accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Drive project results including budget management, margin control, and overall project controlling.
• Direct interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate external partners throughout all project phases.
• Manage stakeholders at site, client, supplier, and executive level, ensuring alignment and clear communication at each stage.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing resource allocation and escalation processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including budget adherence, milestone tracking, client satisfaction, change order and claims management, and project handover quality.

Your profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences or higher technical school in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an overall project manager (Gesamtprojektleiter) in plant construction or process engineering.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project management including budget control, margin management, scheduling, risk and resource management, and Nachtrags- und Claim-Management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical industry, with familiarity with the specific constraints of regulated or technically complex environments.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements, quality standards, and applicable norms in the pharma, biotech, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
• Fluency in German and English required; French is an asset.
