Zusammenfassung

Mace is recruiting for a senior project management role to support pharmaceutical clients in Switzerland. You will lead complex projects, coordinate across clients, design teams and contractors, and drive delivery within time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires extensive experience, strong leadership and clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality systems and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing +30m sized projects in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and project planning skills.
• Developed budget oversight expertise.
• Accreditation with professional bodies in country.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with client, design team and other consultants, and contractors to meet KPIs.
• Demonstrate safe behaviours and maintain a robust safety culture.
• Manage delivery of construction phase, track milestones, and budgets.
• Lead project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs and approvals.
