Zusammenfassung

Exyte Basel-Stadt is seeking an experienced project manager to assume technical and commercial responsibility for pharmaceutical facilities projects from concept through commissioning. You will lead national and international teams, integrate disciplines, and coordinate multi-phase execution.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 15 years of delivery experience on large-scale projects, PMP is a plus, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Engineering, ideally in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or Architecture.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in a comparable position, including the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
• Ideally, a project management certification such as PMP.
• Goal-oriented individual with a structured working style, quick comprehension, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Confident presence, proactive decision-making skills, and strong leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Planning and monitoring overall project progress throughout all phases.
• Managing deliverables, quality, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitating project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers.
• Leading team meetings covering scheduling, quality, costs, timeline assurance measures, and emerging challenges.
• Scope and change management.
• Overseeing suppliers throughout all project phases.
• Coordinating internal and external approval processes.
• Coaching and supporting the project team.
