Qualifikationen

• Completed higher education in business or engineering.
• Sales experience in plant engineering or piping projects, preferably pharma/biopharma.
• Existing network with key decision-makers in pharma/biopharma is a plus.
• Native-level German and business English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and develop strategic accounts.
• Expand and maintain a sales pipeline based on market analyses.
• Ensure order intake and revenue generation.
• Grow relationships with customers and planners within EU and globally.
• Implement and refine structured sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations and offers.
• Report regularly and maintain CRM data with revenue forecasts.
