Zusammenfassung

Coople is seeking an in-house Counsel in Zürich to partner with Finance, Operations, Account Management, Sales, Product and Marketing on a broad range of legal matters.

You will advise on employment, contract and data protection law; draft and review contracts; support regulatory projects and implement Legal Tech tools; monitor compliance with FADP/DSG and EU GDPR; and train internal teams. Fluency in German and English is required, with French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master of Law (MLaw) from a Swiss university.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally as in-house counsel.
• Fluent in German and English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to advise internal stakeholders clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.
• Interest in and affinity for using modern Legal Tech and AI tools.
• Knowledge of employment and/or data protection law is an advantage.
• Experience in the staffing services industry is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle cases involving Coople workers and customers, including correspondence, settlements, and conciliation proceedings.
• Draft and review customer and vendor contracts.
• Contribute to the further development of the Coople platform and regulatory projects.
• Evaluate and implement Legal Tech tools.
• Support data protection matters and implement and further develop requirements under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and the EU GDPR.
• Review and further develop general terms and conditions, contract templates, and internal governance frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on internal processes and policies.
• Conduct internal training and awareness initiatives.
