Qualifikationen

• Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or talent development.
• Proficiency with LMS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong facilitation, and stakeholder management skills is an advantage.
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and administer learning programs, training events and development activities across our Brands and external providers.
• Manage learning schedules, enrolments, records and logistics, ensuring accurate administration and effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide first-line support to learners, promoting learning opportunities and assisting with online learning platforms and technical queries.
• Support the delivery of onboarding, classroom and virtual learning programs by preparing materials, coordinating communications and assisting facilitators.
• Monitor training completion, maintain accurate learning records, prepare reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning services and processes.
