Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes, to define and execute global strategy for planning systems, data, and standardized end-to-end processes across DPS. This role partners with senior leaders to align investments, standardize data, and deliver scalable capabilities that improve service and inventory while enabling AI-enabled decision support.

The role reports to the VP of Supply Chain Planning and leads a global team of process owners and system experts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years in global supply chain, planning or transformation.
• Proven success leading enterprise APS and ERP programs.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Set and own multi-year global strategy for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS.
• Partner with ERP leadership to align planning requirements and transition to one ERP.
• Provide executive leadership for Company Separation across planning systems.
• Establish global process ownership and governance for demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Standardize end-to-end planning processes across regions and sites.
