Nestlé Research in Lausanne is seeking an Associate R&D Specialist in Lipids Analytics to provide scientific expertise in advanced lipid analytics, developing and transferring fit-for-purpose analytical methodologies to support product innovation across Nestlé.

You will collaborate with scientists, experts, innovation partners and technical teams worldwide, lead experiments, implement analytical methods, and strengthen lipid evidence to drive breakthrough innovation.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in lipid analysis with MS-based expertise.
• 1–3 years of domain experience.
• Fluent English communication.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead project activities with independence, accuracy and scientific rigor.
• Organize lab activities and carry out experiments with internal or external partners.
• Drive implementation of analytical methods to improve lipid analysis capabilities across Nestlé sites.
• Strengthen scientific evidence on lipids to support breakthrough innovation.
• Contribute to technological scouting and continuous improvement.
