Nestlé Research in Lausanne is hiring a Lab Data Technology Specialist to reinforce our laboratory data foundations and enable AI-driven data workflows across scientific instruments and systems.

You will collaborate with lab stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data engineering solutions, connecting LIMS, instruments, and analytics platforms while ensuring governance and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or computational field.
• Solid experience applying data engineering to laboratory data.
• Strong programming and data modeling skills across Python, R, SQL/NoSQL.

Aufgaben

• Translate requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions linked to scientific workflows.
• Enable end-to-end lab instrument connectivity with LIMS and robotics in collaboration with IT.
• Customize lab platforms (LIMS, instrument integration, data processing) for efficiency and governance.
• Identify opportunities to increase value of lab data via data integrations and warehousing.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, and AI-enabled data flow improvements.
