Nestlé Research is seeking an Associate Specialist Lipids to advance lipid science for food applications and to lead cross-disciplinary projects. You will design laboratory studies on crystallisation, structuring, and oxidation and translate findings into consumer benefits across teams, partners, and institutes.

You will collaborate with universities and suppliers, communicate results to technical and business audiences, and contribute to publications and intellectual property while driving

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Food Science/Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of lipid science including crystallisation, structuring, and oxidation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate results clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
