Zusammenfassung

TalentCloud Group Recruitment supports an established international technology organisation in appointing an IIoT & Digital Solutions Team Lead. You will lead a small specialist team of 5–6 professionals, providing direction, coaching and support while helping deliver complex customer projects.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, leadership, customers and business, with opportunities to develop new projects and expand solutions. Some international travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

Proven team leadership experience within a technical environment.
Experience in Industrial IoT, digitalisation, automation or related tech.
Ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong stakeholder and customer-management skills.
Experience working across international teams.

Aufgaben

Lead, mentor and develop a team of technical/project professionals.
Oversee delivery of industrial digitalisation, connectivity and integration projects.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to capture requirements and translate to solutions.
Identify and pursue new project and business opportunities.
Support proposals, solution definition and commercial discussions.
Improve project delivery methods, processes and ways of working.
Transform successful solutions into reusable, scalable approaches.
