TalentCloud Group in Basel, Switzerland, seeks an IIoT & Digital Solutions Team Lead to lead a small specialist team delivering advanced digital solutions for industrial environments.

You will guide a team of about 5–6 professionals, interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders, shaping projects from requirements to delivery, and driving opportunities. English required; German advantageous; some international travel may be needed.

• Experience in Industrial IoT, digitalisation or automation.
• Understanding of how digital tech integrates in industrial environments.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of technical/project professionals.
• Oversee delivery of industrial digitalisation, connectivity and integration projects.
• Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new project and business opportunities.
• Support proposals, solution definition and commercial discussions.
• Improve project delivery methods, processes and ways of working.
• Transform successful customer solutions for reuse and scaling.
• Act as a link between technical teams, project delivery, customers and the business.
