Zusammenfassung

Holcim is seeking an Operational Technology Engineer to design, deploy, and govern ICS/MES and ensure cyber-resilience across global operations. The role bridges TIS, ICS, and ERP, delivering high-fidelity data to analytics and IIoT platforms.

Based in Zug, the engineer will drive Plant of Tomorrow initiatives and digital transformation in a high-performance setting. Ideal candidates have strong OT systems knowledge, experience with industrial protocols, and a track record in cement/process

Qualifikationen

MS or PhD in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
(preferred) ISA/IEC 62443 OT cybersecurity certificate
3 years’ experience as plant automation/systems engineer in process industry

Aufgaben

Standardize and optimize automation systems to improve data capture and KPI alignment.
Support ICS/MES deployments across sites, including site assessments and vendor coordination.
Ensure OT data governance, security, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and maintenance for end-to-end system integration.
Promote continuous learning and adoption of digital technologies.
