We are looking for a Team Lead, Digitalization & Integration Projects to join Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions and lead a team of five professionals in delivering digitalization and integration projects that create tangible value for our customers. Based in Reinach, Switzerland, Digital Solutions is Endress+Hauser Group's Product Center for Industrial Internet of Things, digitalization, digital communication, integration, Plant Asset Management and digital solutions, helping process industries unlock the value of connected technologies and data.

Can you build strong relationships across Sales Centers, Product Centers and Business Development while developing a high-performing team?

As Team Lead, Digitalization & Integration Projects, you will lead a team of five professionals and take responsibility for the technical, commercial and operational direction of project-based Digital Solutions offerings. You will help identify new opportunities, strengthen collaboration across the Endress+Hauser Group and develop scalable ways of delivering digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to combine project expertise, business understanding and people leadership will contribute directly to the growth of Digital Solutions.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Lead and develop a team of five professionals, coaching project leaders and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and professional growth.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales Centers, Product Centers, Business Development and other internal stakeholders to align customer needs, opportunities and project execution.
• Drive commercial growth by managing the project pipeline, supporting acquisitions and quotations, and contributing to order intake and strategic customer opportunities.
• Own the technical and commercial direction of project-based Digital Solutions offerings, ensuring solutions are customer-focused, scalable, profitable and aligned with business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to expand repeatable solution offerings by addressing portfolio gaps and developing reusable frameworks, templates and delivery models.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, establishing clear ways of working and using relevant KPIs to increase efficiency, transparency and delivery quality.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Bring proven experience in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams in project management, business development, digital solutions or a comparable environment.
• Have a strong understanding of Industrial IoT solutions, digital architectures and process automation technologies, including technologies such as HART, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, WirelessHART and APL.
• Combine technical understanding with strong commercial and solution-oriented business acumen, connecting customer needs, technical decisions, project execution and business objectives.
• Are entrepreneurial and growth-oriented, with a hands-on approach and a strong drive to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.
• Build effective relationships and communicate confidently across functions, cultures and decision levels within an international and global matrix organization.
• Are adaptable and resilient, comfortable navigating complexity and change while remaining focused on delivering results and continuously developing your knowledge.
• Have experience with sales enablement and project management tools such as Salesforce and Planview.
• Have strong English skills; additional languages are an advantage, and you are willing to travel as required by the role.
