International Private Bank and Asset Manager seeks a Head of Fund Operations to own the transformation of fund operations in Basel. You will lead a specialist team across Swiss and Luxembourg funds, overseeing NAV validation, valuations, and regulatory reporting, while driving automation with Python, VBA and advanced Excel.

You will collaborate with external fund administrators such as CACEIS and contribute to decisions on valuation, audits and fund-related tax matters.

• Lead and develop a specialist Fund Operations team for Swiss and Luxembourg funds.
• Oversee NAV validation, fund data management, valuations, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage fund calculations including TER, PTR, OGC and PRIIPs KIDs.
• Collaborate with external fund administrators like CACEIS.
• Drive process improvements and automation using Python, VBA and advanced Excel.
• Contribute to valuation decisions, audits and fund-related tax matters.
