Job summary

Finders SA is seeking an experienced fund operations leader to own a broad Swiss and Luxembourg fund remit, driving governance, data quality and operational excellence. You will oversee NAV, reporting, and automation initiatives, working with external administrators to ensure cost transparency and robust controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations (UCITS, CSSF, FINMA, CISA).
• Experience with NAV production and external fund administrators.
• Experience managing relationships with outsourced fund administrators and governance; NAV oversight.
• Solid understanding of fund reporting, cost transparency, and valuation oversight.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; familiarity with databases and structured data.
• Knowledge of Python/SQL or automation tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to improve operations through automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of fund operations specialists.
• Oversee fund data quality, governance and operational processes.
• Manage NAV oversight and fund administrator relationships.
• Validate fund metrics, costs and regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate fund reporting, audits and tax‑related matters.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support valuation and fund governance activities.
