You will lead design, analysis and manufacturing liaison across programs, manage suppliers, and ensure adherence to CS/FAR-23/25 and AMC guidance, while coordinating stakeholders and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in composite structures development and certification.
• Generalist composite structures engineer with hands-on leadership.

Aufgaben

• Technical oversight of composite structures development activities through certification and entry into service.
• Coordinate design, analysis and evaluation with stakeholders across programs.
• Liaise with design, manufacturing, certification and tooling teams.
• Report project progress, planning, budget status and risks to senior management.
• Monitor tech advances and lead implementation studies for component/process improvements.
• Manage internal and external suppliers.
