Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Switzerland seeks a Senior Engineering Shared Services Coordinator to align priorities across aircraft development programs and the Engineering Service Department.

You will coordinate SAP planning across programs, facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration, and help implement standard project management processes while guiding long-term resource and budget planning in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in aerospace/mechanical/systems engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, operations, or project management within a highly regulated industry.
• Hands-on engineering experience with understanding of development lifecycles and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Interface between IPTs and Engineering Service Department to align priorities, resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP planning across programs and support functions with transparency on workload, dependencies, risks, milestones and forecasting.
• Collaborate to define and implement standard project management processes.
• Develop and implement planning tools aligned with top-level planning and budgets.
• Support long-term resource and budget planning to improve efficiency and utilization.
