You have a technical degree and proven QA experience in aerospace, including 8D/9S root cause analysis and knowledge of EN 9100 and ISO 9001. Fluent English is required; German a plus, and international travel up to 20%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.
• Experience in Quality Management with strong root cause analysis and problem-solving (8D/9S).
• Aerospace sector experience, ideally Part 21G manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in matrix environments.
• Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~10–20%.

Aufgaben

• Drive sustainable development of critical suppliers with focus on product quality.
• Monitor product quality performance of assigned suppliers and manage quality improvement measures for non-conformities.
• Lead root cause analyses and 8D/9S problem-solving activities.
• Plan and conduct Quality Improvement Reviews to assess corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform supplier site visits, including short-notice visits, with thorough preparation and follow-up.
• Ensure timely responses to critical quality issues to safeguard production schedules and contribute to ATP for serial production components.
