Zusammenfassung

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Stans is seeking a Senior Engineering Shared Services Coordinator to join a leading aircraft manufacturer. You will act as an interface between IPTs and the Engineering Service Department to align priorities, resources, schedules and deliverables across programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in engineering or project coordination within a regulated industry, plus hands-on engineering experience and familiarity

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, operations, or project management within a highly regulated industry, preferably aerospace or aviation.
• Hands-on engineering experience with strong understanding of development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with resource planning, project scheduling, budget planning, and coordinating multiple stakeholders (including SAP/JIRA).
• Familiarity with aircraft certification processes and development program environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with very good English (B2); German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as an interface between IPTs and the Engineering Service Department, aligning priorities, resources, schedules, and deliverables across programs.
• Coordinate Service Department engineering inputs for SAP planning across programs and support functions, ensuring transparency on workload, risks, milestones, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement standard project management processes.
• Develop and implement project planning tools aligned with top-level planning and budget tools.
• Support long-term resource and budget planning and identify efficiency improvements.
