You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, product and performance teams, design for diverse audiences, maintain guidelines, and deliver fast, high-quality work that fuels growth. Remote role for Switzerland-based candidates; English communication required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showing brand storytelling and consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools.
• Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging brand materials reflecting BJAK’s visual identity.
• Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system across marketing and product surfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams.
• Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, internal teams.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines with strong craft.
• Deliver fast, thoughtful design work to support growth and needs.
• Report to the Creative Manager and contribute to brand direction.
