Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Creative Design Supervisor in Switzerland to lead a designers team, shape visual strategy, and ensure high-quality brand assets.

You will mentor designers, optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, using data-driven design and AI tools to drive performance while delivering projects on time and to a high standard. This is a fast-growing international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Graphic design principles and high-quality asset production.
• Experience leading a team of designers and mentoring growth.
• Creative and conceptual thinking aligned with brand and business goals.
• Analytical mindset using metrics to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of business objectives and KPIs related to product design.
• Design review, coaching, and maintaining consistent quality.
• Strong workflow, prioritization, and project-management skills.
• Documented process improvement of design workflows and standards.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity in design.
• iGaming UX/UI knowledge and user psychology beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily design operations: workload planning and prioritization.
• Oversee creative quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Mentor designers through regular one-to-one meetings and development opportunities.
• Drive creative excellence aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
• Monitor project performance, deadlines, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Improve design processes with workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Apply data-driven design using analytics and product KPIs.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to hands-on design work when necessary while leading the team.
