Grape Health in Zürich is seeking a Brand Designer to shape our brand story and drive its visual identity forward. You will lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a cohesive brand across campaigns and channels.

You will bring advanced branding expertise, collaborate with internal teams and freelancers, and craft high-quality digital and physical collateral. Fluent English is required; German is a plus, with hybrid work in Zurich.

Qualifications

• You have 6+ years of experience building brands, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
• You can adapt designs to different brand identities and deliver cohesive execution.
• You excel in creative direction and hands-on design, including managing freelancers when needed.
• You communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the brand story and advance the new visual identity.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery and ensure brand consistency.
• Apply creative expertise to campaign planning and execution.
