You will analyze customer processes, draft Chemspeed solutions, generate price information and quotes, and support pre-sales activities with our R&D department to align customer needs with innovative automation concepts.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory automation systems and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific concepts.
• Ability to analyze customer processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with clients.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise to customers and present Chemspeed automation solutions.
• Analyze customer workflows and draft Chemspeed solutions with quotes.
• Act as contact for customer champions to align implementation strategies for high-throughput techniques.
• Collaborate with R&D for customization and refinement of customer needs.
• Assist in tests/proofs of concept as part of pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to specification phases with know-how transfer to project managers.
• Identify emerging markets and segments in line with corporate strategy.
