Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship or Bachelor’s or Master’s in a scientific/technical field.
• At least three years in laboratory automation, ideally QC in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of automated system development, implementation and validation.
• Experience with LIMS and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of GMP requirements.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, plan, and implement automated QC methods in collaboration with lab teams.
• Optimize automated processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Validate and qualify automated systems and software per GMP and internal procedures.
• Create and maintain specs, validation plans, reports, and SOPs for automated QC systems.
• Train QC colleagues on new automated systems and workflows.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and ongoing support for automation equipment and software.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and Engineering to deliver automation solutions.
