Qualifications

• Experience with lab automation or hardware integration.
• Proficient Python programming with clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with TypeScript for frontend/backend glue code.
• Hands-on experience automating instruments and workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Control lab instruments programmatically via Python or TypeScript.
• Build and integrate work cells with multiple instruments.
• Reverse-engineer instrument interfaces and build drivers.
• Write software glue that connects hardware to our platform.
• Collaborate with biologists to turn assays into automated workflows.
• Improve throughput and reliability through better error handling and scheduling.
