Qualifications

• Proficient Python and/or TypeScript with production code.
• Experience driving hardware via software is a plus.
• Comfort reading hardware protocols and debugging timing issues.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestration software coordinating liquid handlers and robots.
• Develop instrument drivers and clean API abstractions.
• Model and execute multi‑step protocols across instruments.
• Create error‑recovery logic and monitoring for lab health.
• Collaborate with lab engineers, software team, and scientists.
