Aufgaben

• Good knowledge of the HACCP-Standards
• Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized
• Keeping cookware cleaned, well organized and ready for use.
• Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, Tilt frying pan,ovens, Deep fryer, etc.
• Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
• Helping manage inventory, like tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and storingsupplies properly.
• Preparation of the mise en place and arrange platters
