Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team in operations management.
• Provide active guest care and support the kitchen production or food service.
• Respond competently to guests' questions and concerns.
• Perform inventory management, menu planning, offers and written communications.
• Organize internal and external events and assist with their execution.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday between 6:00-16:00; observe public holidays and bridge days.
