Your area of responsibility

• You support the operations management in leading and supervising the kitchen team
• Your tasks include active guest care as well as supporting the kitchen team in the production area or at the food service
• As a contact person, you respond competently to guests' questions and concerns
• You take on administrative tasks in the areas of inventory management, menu planning, offers and written communication
• You organise internal and external events and assist with their execution.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday between 6:00-16:00 / public holidays and bridge days off.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as a cook
• You have already gained initial leadership experience in a larger company
• As a host personality, you convince with high social competence, a winning manner as well as an organised and solution-oriented way of working
• You are familiar with common MS Office applications as well as inventory management systems.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
• An impeccable reputation is required
