Alstom is seeking a Junior Product Cost Manager to join our Zurich team. This role focuses on delivering cost visibility and supporting cost strategies across traction projects, in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and finance.

As a trainee professional, you will develop skills in cost overview, design-to-cost, and tender costing, while coordinating cross-site activities and ensuring timely reporting to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and SharePoint lists.
• Strong capability in coordinating multi-site teams and project management.

Aufgaben

• Deliver costing overview for Zurich traction products.
• Develop and align cost strategies including Design to Cost and Resourcing with Engineering and Procurement.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation to aid decision-making in savings.
• Agree on best implementation strategies for new product revisions.
• Implement regular reviews with management and present status updates.
• Support automated costing tool implementation per product, variants and version.
• Contribute to Tender costing with product cost overview.
