Alstom in Zurich, CH is seeking a VIE - Junior Project Engineering Manager / Junior Product Manager to drive traction projects with international teams. You’ll support engineering, product and procurement stakeholders and manage dashboards, milestones and risks across multiple sites.

You will lead cross-functional coordination, monitor progress, and help standardize reporting while advancing your engineering and product-management skills in a global mobility leader.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or SharePoint
• Passion for project management
• Ability to coordinate multi-site teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Engineering Manager in monitoring the progress and status of Engineering progress.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple countries (Switzerland, India, France, and Germany) to ensure timely updates to the project dashboard, providing clear visibility of project milestones, risks, and critical points.
• Follow up with team members to ensure that they are filling the reporting with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the management of a checklist to assess the maturity of the project design, tracking tasks and deliverables for continuous improvement.
• Support communication and knowledge sharing among project stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Contribute to project reporting and documentation to facilitate decision-making and project transparency.
• Implement and automate new standard project reporting.
• Synchronise and standardize project reporting with other sites in France
