Enova Consulting in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Junior Systems Test Engineer (M/F) to contribute to testing, validation and integration of optical, RF, optomechanical and software components for space communications.

You will start by supporting test activities and gradually take the lead on small to medium campaigns in a multidisciplinary, international environment with hands-on R&D and cleanroom work.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong hands-on mindset and experimental R&D interest.
• Swiss or EU-27 citizenship required.
• Experience with optical/RF testing desirable.

Aufgaben

• Execute predefined test campaigns in cleanroom and field environments.
• Test and validate optical, RF, hardware and software subsystems.
• Document test results and generate detailed reports.
• Contribute to test setups and instrumentation.
• Support integration and verification activities across disciplines.
