Zusammenfassung

Niatsu, a cleantech Data as a Service startup, seeks a junior salesperson to own their pipeline from day one, generate leads, build relationships, and push opportunities from first contact to closing. You will grow accounts from zero to one hundred and expand beyond Switzerland to Europe.

You will work with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy, leverage your network in Swiss and European sustainability and food sectors, and drive growth with persistence.

Qualifikationen

• Full professional fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Passion for sustainability and climate action.
• Background in business, economics, sustainability, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, calling).
• Own end-to-end B2B sales cycles across Europe.
• Build and close a pipeline of food industry clients outside Switzerland.
• Leverage network to unlock strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with founders on go-to-market strategy and closing large accounts.
• Drive growth to position Niatsu as a leading climate intelligence platform in Europe.
