Man Group seeks an experienced Client Relations Associate (Italian Speaker) to support the Italian sales team. You will manage day-to-day client inquiries, oversee onboarding, and deliver tailored reporting while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Based in London or Pfäffikon, you will contribute to client servicing across alternative asset classes, build strong relationships, and help drive efficient client operations within a global asset manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in client relations within financial services.
• Fluent Italian with strong communication and client servicing skills.
• Knowledge of AIFMD/MiFID II and CFA/CAIA study interest encouraged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, incl. Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for daily client inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with client records and reporting for senior management.
• Support Italian team on projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage client onboarding and complex investor transactions.
• Coordinate reviews, RFPs, DDQs, roadshows and client updates.
• Deliver customized reporting to Italian clients and manage subscriptions.
