Man Group seeks an Italian-speaking Client Relations Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract, working to support the Global Client Relations team. The role may be based in Pfäffikon or London, offering exposure to diverse alternative asset classes within a prestigious asset manager.

You will collaborate with the Italian Sales Team, manage onboarding, reporting and client inquiries, and have a pathway to permanent employment on successful completion of the contract.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Italian is required for client servicing.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in client relations or related area.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, AIFMD) is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with client records, activity and pipeline; coordinate reports for senior management.
• Support the Italian team on projects impacting existing clients and coordinate stakeholder initiatives.
• Manage client onboarding process for complex investor transactions.
• Coordinate client portfolio reviews, DDQ, roadshows, and conferences.
• Deliver customized and ad-hoc reporting to Italian client base.
• Direct subscription and redemption processes ensuring timely, accurate flows.
• Organize and maintain commercial agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform, Custody).
• Coordinate restriction lists and compliance-related attestations with Man Compliance.
