Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry with a track record of developing a book of clients.
• Ability to build strong relationships and attract new clients for the Italian speaking market.
• A good network of potential clients.
• A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A team player who can work under pressure.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own client network of HNWI/UHNWI clients in the Italian speaking market.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations across multiple products and services.
• Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and wealth, and respond to changes in business environment or client needs.
• Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead for client experience.
• Leverage specialists and service officers to ensure integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.
• Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.
