Man Group is hiring a Client Relations Associate (Italian Speaker) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Pfäffikon or London, you will support the Italian sales team and act as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in client relations or investor services
• Fluency in Italian; professional English a plus
• Familiarity with AIFMD and MiFID II
• Experience with CRM and reporting
• Interest in technology tools for client servicing

Aufgaben

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries
• Maintain CRM records, activity, and pipeline; support reporting to senior management
• Support the Italian team on cross-functional projects and internal initiatives
• Oversee onboarding of new investors and complex transactions
• Coordinate client portfolio reviews, meetings, and reporting
• Deliver tailored client reporting to Italian client base
• Assist with agreements and compliance processes with Man Compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and client service
