Qualifikationen

• Senior-level Project or Programme Manager with transformation experience.
• Strong background in organisational redesign and governance transformation.
• Experience withISO 27001 and ISMS within regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to deliver within defined timelines and budgets.
• German language skills mandatory (C1), English beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a complex organisational transformation programme.
• Analyse the existing ISDS operating model, governance structure, processes, and tools.
• Define the future-state organisational and governance model.
• Develop decision papers and recommendations for executive management.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage programme planning, risks, dependencies, and communication.
• Ensure alignment between governance, organisation, processes, and tooling.
• Maintain business continuity throughout the transformation.
• Prepare structured handover to the future internal project leadership team.
• Develop proposals for future roles, responsibilities, committees, processes, and operating models.
