MF Group is seeking an IT Support Expert (m/f/d) for its Chiasso location, offering unlimited full-time employment with flexible working conditions. You will be the first point of contact for employees needing help with devices, accounts, access, collaboration tools, and standard workplace services.

You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure, structured processes, while addressing routine IT issues and coordinating with various internal teams to maintain smooth user

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT support experience.
• Hands-on first level support including incidents and requests.
• Good understanding of Windows-based environments and common business apps.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, access control, and security.
• Familiarity with account administration and ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide first level IT support to internal users, handling incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and device issues; escalate when needed.
• Support device lifecycle: enrollment, handover, replacements, asset tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including accounts and access.
• Maintain support documentation: passwords, permissions, FAQs, knowledge base.
• Monitor alerts and coordinate initial responses with relevant teams.
