  • An inclusive and ethical workplace where you collaborate with senior stakeholders across a global organisation
  • Meaningful work that enhances employee experience, operational excellence, and delivers lasting business impact
  • Lead IT workstreams across acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs—from initial due diligence through Day 1 readiness, post-close integration/separation, and handover.
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive IT due diligence across infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, GxP/regulatory compliance, contracts, and licensing.
  • Quantify IT deal risks, one-time costs, stranded costs, and technical debt to build robust business cases and realize cost-synergy opportunities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, external advisors, and vendors to execute integration/separation roadmaps, manage project risks (RAID), and protect business continuity.
  • Capture lessons learned to continuously enhance scalable IT M&A playbooks, estimation models, and repeatable blueprints for future transaction speed and quality.

What we are looking for:

  • Deep technical grasp spanning cloud, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and core enterprise applications (ERP, QMS, LIMS, CRM, DMS).
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling for deal costs—including standalone costs, stranded costs, synergy targets, technical debt, and TSA pricing.
  • Hands-on experience structuring TSA/SSA service catalogs, defining SLAs/KPIs, managing vendor transitions, and executing exit strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, data integrity, and GxP/CSV regulatory standards within life sciences or CDMO environments.
