Zusammenfassung

UEFA is seeking an IT Command Centre Manager to lead the design, implementation and operation of the IT Command Centre for UEFA EURO 2028 at UEFA’s Nyon HQ. Hybrid work is possible with one day home-based work per week, and a fixed-term contract through July 2028.

The role requires 4–6 years in IT operations or service management, plus ITIL Foundation and PMI certification. Experience in sports events is highly valued for success during planning, delivery and post-event activities.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in IT operations or service management or command centre/network/security operations
• Proven experience in managing critical incidents under pressure
• Experience in sports industry or major events is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent work experience
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
• PMI project management certification is a plus

Aufgaben

• Planning and setup phase: define ITCC operating model, staffing and governance; deploy dashboards and monitoring; coordinate ICT facilities handover and rehearsals
• Tournament delivery phase: lead ITCC operations across physical and virtual environments; manage daily reviews and stakeholder communications; supervise escalation and incident management
• Post-EURO: plan dismantling of ITCC and TOC elements
