Zusammenfassung

UEFA seeks an IT Command Centre Manager to lead the design, implementation and operation of the ITCC for EURO 2028, coordinating across venues and tournament operations.

Responsibilities span planning, staffing, dashboards, incident management and post-event dismantling, with English proficiency and ITIL/PMI credentials preferred. Location: Nyon with up to one day/week home office; relocation to Switzerland/France expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
• PMI project management certification would be a plus.
• English: Proficient (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Plan, design and operate the UEFA IT Command Centre for EURO 2028.
• Define operating model, staffing and service readiness for the TOC.
• Design and implement dashboards, reporting tools and monitoring capabilities.
• Coordinate ICT facility handover, deployment milestones and rehearsal exercises.
• Lead ITCC operations during tournament and manage incidents to minimize impact.
• Plan dismantling of ITCC and TOC elements after EURO.
