UEFA in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking an ICT Technical Expert to lead telecoms across the EURO 2028 ICT infrastructure. The role sits in Services/ICT Services & Operations, reporting to the ICT Technical Solutions Manager.

It requires on-site work during the tournament with remote work up to one day per week. The ideal candidate will design telecom solutions, coordinate with telecoms partners and UEFA teams, and ensure delivery within SLAs and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four years’ experience developing telecoms infrastructure domain supporting services.
• Operational experience as a service owner in a command or network operations centre.
• Experience of successful delivery in line with service level agreements, service constraints and standard operational metrics.

Aufgaben

• Designing, documenting and developing business-oriented telecommunications solutions.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for telecoms and liaison between UEFA ICT and stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into scalable, cost-effective telecom service designs.
• Ensuring telecom solutions meet tournament objectives and standards.
• Monitoring set-up of UEFA EURO 2028 venues and supporting ICT infrastructure.
• Working on-site during UEFA EURO 2028 as part of the IT Command Centre telecoms team.
