UEFA seeks an IT Command Centre Manager to design, implement and operate the IT Command Centre for UEFA EURO 2028 in Nyon, Switzerland. You will coordinate IT operations, governance and incident response across venues and tournament operations, reporting to senior stakeholders.

Successful candidates will bring 4–6 years in IT operations or service management, plus ITIL Foundation. Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected; hybrid work with one day remote per week is possible.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in IT operations or service management.
• Proven experience in managing critical incidents and high-pressure situations.
• Experience in sports industries or major events is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan and lead the IT Command Centre (ITCC) setup, governance and escalation frameworks for UEFA EURO 2028.
• Define operating models, staffing, dashboards, and monitoring aligned with TOC requirements.
• Coordinate ITCC delivery across venues, manage incidents and communications.
• Plan dismantling of ITCC and IT elements of the TOC after EURO 2028.
