UNION BANCAIRE PRIVÉE, UBP SA in Switzerland seeks a Contractor IT Business Analyst for Core Banking transformation. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders on core banking platform initiatives, including Batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, and Transactions processing.

The candidate will ensure architecture compliance, lead business analysis, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Core Banking - Contractor IT Business Analyst with strong functional & technical skills on Core Banking activities ( including not only Batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, Transactions processing)

As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on projects related to core banking platform Transformation.

Main responsibilities

• Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
• Business Analysis and formalization of business needs related to any core banking topics in scope for the transformation project
• Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners
• Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users
• High level business requirements specification
• High level development workload estimation

• Strong IT delivery transformation experience
• Seniority and good communication skills
• Experience with AI
• Experience with core banking landscape in a bank or in software firm

• Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal)
