Zusammenfassung

TechFirm Information Systems in Geneva is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to define the technical vision for the Fees platform and drive the target architecture. You will lead high-performance Java and API-based solution development, guiding architectural decisions and engineering standards.

You will mentor engineers, promote DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices while ensuring security, resiliency and scalability in complex financial services environments.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring and API-driven architectures.
• Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-grade software architectures.
• Experience in complex, business-critical environments, ideally within financial services.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum), CI/CD, Git, Maven and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerised deployments.
• Experience with Kafka, MQSeries or similar messaging technologies.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and ownership-driven mindset.
