Jet Aviation Inc. invites applications for a 12-month Graduate Internship in Graphic Design based in Basel. You will collaborate with the Brand, Marketing and Customer teams to create and adapt visual assets, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across channels.

The role offers hands-on experience within a international aviation company, opportunities to contribute to campaigns, and exposure to professional design workflows while developing practical skills in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• First work experience in graphic design, photography and videography.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets to support brand identity across channels.
• Develop concepts for campaigns and materials for communications.
• Adapt assets for different formats, channels, audiences and markets.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication and print production.
• Coordinate with external designer and printers to develop assets.
• Maintain design files, templates and image libraries.

Position Summary

Are you interested in starting your career in graphic design and gaining practical experience in an international aviation company? Join our 1-year Graduate Internship Program in Basel and work closely together with the Brand, Marketing and Customer team and internal stakeholders. You will support with creating and adapting visual assets, preparing artwork for different channels and formats, maintaining brand consistency and delivery of creative projects. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical design experience within a professional corporate environment while building an understanding of how creative work supports broader Brand, Marketing and Customer objectives.

Your Role

• Creation of visual assets across the Brand, Marketing, and Customer portfolio to support and strengthen brand visual identity and execution
• Assist with the development of creative concepts and visual approaches for campaigns and communications, including ideation and creation of graphic materials for specific campaigns, collateral, initiatives and events
• Adapt existing creative assets for different formats, channels, audiences and markets, including presentations, social media graphics, digital content, posters, advertising, invitations, brochures and other collateral
• Prepare artwork and files for digital publication and print production
• Liaise with external designer and printers to further develop portfolio of assets and collateral
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, image libraries and other creative assets
• Assist with updating and maintaining branded templates and design resources
• Source and edit photography, illustrations, icons and other visual assets where required, including capturing and coordinating photo- and video shoots on-site
• Contribute creative ideas and fresh visual approaches to marketing and communications projects.
• Take ownership of assigned design tasks, managing deadlines and incorporating feedback while developing design skills and professional experience
• Ensure all creative work follows established brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador in all communications and stakeholder interactions

Your Profile

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• First work experience in graphic design, photography and videography
• Must have good computer skills, including strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and PowerPoint
• Combines creativity with a practical approach to create compelling marketing and communication materials that effectively engage different audiences
• Able to manage several projects, meet tight deadlines, and stay professional when working under pressure
• Ability to think outside the box to create constantly evolving, effective marketing and communications campaigns
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a benefit
• Customer-focused, reliable, proactive, and able to work well with colleagues, partners, and event teams
