Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA offers a 12-month Young Talent internship in Controlling, located in Bulle, Switzerland. You will develop a transparent cost allocation framework and work with two business units to ensure financial clarity.

You will analyze existing cost allocation keys, document findings, and challenge assumptions to drive better business decisions. Collaboration with different departments and participation in monthly closings are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.
• Good communication and stakeholder management with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cost allocation framework across two Business Units.
• Analyze, document and challenge existing cost allocation keys and assumptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and sustainable solutions.
• Support monthly closing and management reports.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Improve Controlling processes, tools and reporting solutions.
