Job summary

Liebherr Group in Switzerland invites you to join a 12-month internship in our Gruyère region (Bulle) to start your professional career in a multinational family business.

You will support the Head of Department, maintain SharePoint, prepare presentations, analyze performance data and develop KPI reporting using Power BI and MS Office.

Fluency in German and English is required; French is an asset. A first degree in business or engineering and some project/data experience help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Completed first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Gained initial experience in project management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate controlling is a plus.
• Fast learner with ability to think cross-functionally and work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proactive with prioritization and initiative.
• Effective communication with stakeholders; team player.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI as a supporting tool.
• Fluent in German and English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Department in audits, management meetings, and customer meetings.
• Maintain SharePoint and manage information and file structures.
• Consolidate information and presentations for stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards for layouts and reports.
• Prepare and support meetings, document actions and follow-ups.
• Analyze business performance data: warranty costs, spare parts sales, revenue, margins.
• Ensure data accuracy across databases by cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop KPI reporting and support pricing analyses; prepare price updates in ERP.
